We haven't had lots of potatoes lately.
Guess we need to hurry up and eat the last of our 50 pounds.

Sad. Maybe you need a plant :)
We have a plant and it is flourishing! The cool draft from our windows, combined with the heat rising from the heaters, the occasional sunshine, and the infrequent waterings have made for the perfect combination for our little plant.
I have oodles of potato recipes I can share! Just kidding...by the way, your Fajita Salad was a hit at the Chili Cook-off last night. No, we didn't win, but that's beside the point! I doubled your recipe and came home with nothing! Thanks for sharing! -Mary
